  On behalf of the members of Halstead Presbyterian Church, it is our pleasure to welcome you to our church. This congregation has been serving the Lord Jesus Christ and the community of Halstead for over 125 years. We are grateful for the many ways God has worked among us in the past and we look forward to what God will do in the days to come. 

  The people of God who gather in this place each Sunday share a desire to glorify God. Our celebration with music, drama, silence, scripture and instruction is rich with a sense that people are actors & actresses on a stage with an audience of 1, God alone. We value the faith that has been passed down through generations as we search for relevant expressions for our growth in who God inspires us to be.  

  It is a  joy to celebrate with this church family that is growing in its ministry to one another and in its service to the community. As you reflect upon your own needs and desires for a place to belong, we invite you to join us in the delight and adventure of growing as disciples of Jesus Christ.
